The purpose of the public informational meeting is to consider, and the Planning Board may vote, on a Major Land Development Project for Master Plan Approval, a Recommendation for a City Council Zone Change, and a Recommendation for a Street Abandonment (Clarke Street-Portion). The Applicant proposes to merge (2) two lots with a portion of Clarke Street to create (1) one 25,532 +/- square foot lot to allow for the development of a (5) five-unit residential multi-family.
