The Briarcliffe community is both broad and inclusive, providing an extraordinary range of services which span the spectrum of short-term rehabilitation all the way to long-term memory care. This is a dynamic community that is constantly evolving. Briarcliffe’s programs address the growing needs of those who seek a place where specialized support systems are in place for assisted-living, skilled nursing and/or memory care as well as a network of short-term therapeutic and rehabilitative services.
From its very inception in 1963, the associates at Briarcliffe have viewed their residents and patients as though they were family members. Every decision is, and has always been, preceded with the questions, “If this were for my loved one, what would they want? How can I make them most comfortable? What is best for them?” The quest that ties all the programs at Briarcliffe together is this, how can we bring peace of mind in what can otherwise be an unsettling time.
Briarcliffe has just launched its new and informative website. It is an excellent resource to learn about both the history and projected future of this longstanding caregiving community. Briarcliffe’s remarkable longevity can be attributed to its guiding philosophy: “Families come to us because they want their loved ones to experience kindness, compassion, comfort and confidence in their care – and we are dedicated to giving our residents the very best quality of life.”
Beyond the rollout of Briarcliffe’s upgraded website, there is more exciting news unfolding on this busy campus. Construction is ongoing at its newest installation, The Preserve at Briarcliffe! Take a virtual detour today and peruse the website to see what is in store at this state-of-the-art facility on Briarcliffe’s thirty-acre campus which also includes Briarcliffe Gardens and the Cottage Memory Care Assisted Living Residences and Briarcliffe Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.
The Preserve will be home to “active seniors living life to the fullest while enjoying the many benefits of a catered lifestyle.” This catered lifestyle provides restaurant-style dining, laundry and housekeeping services as well outings and daily social activities (known as “Supportive Independent Living). Residents will enjoy three, freshly prepared and chef-inspired meals every day, all served at “Benjamin’s”, The Preserve’s restaurant-style dining room. You will be pampered and supported in this nurturing community. This progressive program also provides accommodations to active seniors who might need a little additional care (Assisted Living) such as support with daily activities or the management and administration of medication.
With an anticipated completion date of March 2021, the addition of The Preserve elevates Briarcliffe to a “Continuing Care Retirement Community” (also known as CCRC). Be sure to follow The Preserve’s progress on the website www.BriarcliffeRI.com and take a peek at The Preserve’s modern and elegant apartment home floor plans.
