CONGRATULATIONS GRADS: Cranston’s Parent Leadership Institute saw off its most recent graduating class this week with a perfect record, with all thirty students achieving their certification. The classes, run by Cranston Public Schools Family Services, teach parents and prospective parents critical parent skills.
