The Cranston Public Library announced June 1 that new videoconferencing technology is now available for use at Central and William Hall Libraries.
This videoconferencing equipment, with a built-in camera and sound bar, can be utilized for job interviews, hosting and attending meetings and telehealth visits.
No additional technology is needed for Zoom meetings, but a laptop is required to use the equipment with other online meeting platforms.
This equipment is free and available for public use, by reservation only. Visit cranstonlibrary.org/meeting-rooms for more information or to reserve the equipment.
This project was made possible in part by a grant from the RI Office of Library & Information Services using funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
