Garden City Center hosted a Yappy Hour Puppy Picnic on May 20. They allowed for pets and owners to enjoy treats and the outdoor atmosphere.
The area near the center’s gazebo was the place to be for the event -- which was open to the public. People were able to enjoy samples from various Garden City restaurants as pets were treated with appropriate treats.
As many dogs played, many people got to know one another. (Herald photos by Steve Popiel)
