100 YEARS OF HONOR: Luis Giarrusso (left) stands beside possible cousin Domenic Giarrusso as they read the Pledge of Allegiance before the assembled students next to the events MC, Seventh Grade Teacher Michaela Horta. Mr. Domenic Giarrusso, and Mr. Louis Giarrusso, who are both 100 year old World War II veterans, joined together to read the Pledge of Allegiance to the entire student body. Having recently met for the first time, Luis and Domenic found out that they may actually be cousins. Domenic was a member of the Army Air Corps stationed in the Atlantic during WWII and Luis served in the infantry in Southeast Asia.
