Last week I talked about intermittent fasting and cleansing.
Why do I choose to cleanse? Honestly, I’m Italian and a foodie and the thought of not eating for a day or two, freaked me out. After some research, I saw the benefits and wanted to try it. Trust me, I was skeptical.
The night before my first cleanse I ate everything I loved, like I would never have it again. I didn’t understand that there are things you can have on cleanse days that make satiate you, make you feel full, and actually bring your body into fat burning mode. After 12 hours your body is actually burning fat at 1300% more. Imagine that!
