ASSAULT
On December 9 at approximately 9:41 p.m., Officer Schaffran arrested Christopher Vieira, 26, of 58 Lyndon Road in Cranston for simple assault and disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at the Shell Gas located at 1020 Narragansett Blvd. He was held for arraignment as a probation violator.
Brianna Baccaire, 19, of 35 Union Ave. in Johnston was arrested on December 7 at 11:00 a.m. by Officer McIntyre arrested for simple sssault and disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of Baccaire turning herself in at headquarters. She was later transported to the Third District Court for arraignment.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
On December 6 at 1:15 a.m. Officer O’Malley arrested Allyson Loomis, 37, of 262 Douglas Ave #3 in Providence for driving under the influence first offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Park Ave and Roseland Ave. Loomis was then held for arraignment.
WARRANT
At 8:10 a.m. on December 8, Officers Corvese and Clifford arrested Dennis Charette, 34, of 33 Lincoln Ave. for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant. His Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop, and he was transported to the Sixth District Court for arraignment.
Officer Paccasassi arrested James Medeiros, 53, of 184 Park Ave. in Cranston on December 7 at 11:07 p.m. for a Superior Court Bench Warrant and an extraditable charge of violation of probation from Connecticut as a result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. He was held for morning arraignment.
