One of our goals at the Cranston Senior Enrichment Center is to promote healthy lifestyles through health education and physical fitness. Start the New Year with a Medication Review
Mary McKenna, our CVS Pharmacist, is available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to12:00 noon to review and discuss your medications with you. It is an excellent opportunity to evaluate your current medication regime and ensure that you are taking them properly. Don’t miss out on this free service available to you. Arthritis Exercise Classes
“A low-impact physical activity”
Tuesdays – 1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.
Ending March 26th
You may think that exercise and arthritis don’t go hand-in-hand, however, research has shown that exercise is an essential tool in managing your arthritis. Exercise reduces joint pain and stiffness, increases flexibility, endurance and so much more. Led by certified instructors, These FREE classes may be taken either standing or sitting.
