A Matter of Balance: Take a Stand to Prevent Falls

This free, award-winning program for participants age 60 or older is designed to help manage falls and increase activity levels. You will learn to view falls as controllable, set goals to increase your activity, make changes to reduce the risk of falling and use exercise to increase your balance.
