Many people enjoy the benefits of Reiki, finding relief from pain, anxiety, indigestion, and insomnia. Unfortunately, many have missed out on its therapeutic benefits because they do not understand the healing potential of this gentle approach. Join us so that we can better understand Reiki’s potential in healing.
Playing trivia games is a fun and mentally beneficial pastime. Research suggests older adults who frequently participate in intellectually and socially engaging activities, such as trivia, show higher cognitive function than those who don’t. When someone answers questions and learns new facts, they’re actually working on improving their cognitive skills.
Friday, Oct. 1 at 10:30 a.m.This Support Group is free and open to anyone who is living with vision loss as well as their family and friends. Meetings generally include a presentation on a topic related to living independently with vision loss as well as the opportunity to ask questions.

Cranston’s Transportation System for Cranston residents 55 years or older Cranston Transvan provides services within the city of Cranston Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Tranvan provides service from private homes and senior housing to the center, to personal appointments (medical, banking, hairdresser, pharmacies, etc.), and for scheduled grocery and retail shopping.
