DISORDERLY CONDUCT
At 5:58 p.m., Sept. 30, Cranston Police Officers arrested Javen Smith, 23, of 12 Russell Ave., Apt. 1, Newport, for Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at Dunkin Donuts, 548 Reservoir Ave. Smith was presented as a Bail Violator by the Attorney General’s Office and remanded to Men’s Intake at the ACI, according to Cranston Police.
NO CONTACT ORDER VIOLATION
At 5 p.m., Sept. 29, Cranston Police Officers arrested Michael Fegan, 62, of no known address, for Violation of a No Contact Order as a result of a suspicious activity call at Walmart, 1776 Plainfield Pike. Fegan was presented as a Bail Violator by Attorney General’s Office and remanded to ACI, according to Cranston Police.
VANDALISM
Around 8:39 a.m., Sept. 29, Cranston Police Officers arrested John Walsh, 73, of 1214 Cranston St., No. 422, Cranston, for Vandalism and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Walsh was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
DRUG POSSESSION
Around 7:27 p.m., Sept. 28, Cranston Police Officers arrested Joseph Paine, 37, of 75 Cleveland Ave., Cranston, for Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance (under 10 grams). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 875 Phenix Ave. Paine was awaiting arraignment, according to Cranston Police.
DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT
Around 1:52 p.m., Sept. 28, Cranston Police Officers arrested Nicole Canuel, 20, of 250 Cherry St., Fall River, Mass., for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service in the area of Cranston and Seneca streets. Canuel was awaiting arraignment, according to Cranston Police.
DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT, VANDALISM
At 10:57 p.m., Sept. 27, Cranston Police Officers arrested Rashul Panwar, 31, of 108 Western Promenade, Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault, Domestic Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property, and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at 262 Knollwood Ave. Panwar was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace, according to Cranston Police.
WARRANT ARREST
Around 4:12 p.m., Sept. 27, Cranston Police Officers arrested Elizabeth Son, 40, of 8 Woodland Park Drive, Haverhill, Mass., for an arrest and affidavit warrant out of RI State Police. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of RT 10 North and Elmwood Avenue. Son was turned over to RI State Police.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT ON PERSON OVER 60
Around 5:50 p.m., Sept. 27, Cranston Police Officers arrested Matthew Borges, 49, of 15 Maryjo Court, Cranston, for Domestic Assault on Persons over 60, Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest, and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. According to Cranston Police, Borges was awaiting arraignment.
FALSE REPORT OF A CRIME
Around 12:44 p.m., Sept. 27, Cranston Police Officers arrested Alyssa Pislowski, 35, of 63 Berry St., Cranston, for False Report of a Crime. The arrest was the result of an investigation at Cranston Police Headquarters regarding a complaint filed. According to Cranston Police, Pislowski was given a release to appear at 3rd District Court.
SHOPLIFTING
Around 6:32 p.m., Sept. 26, Cranston Police Officers arrested Elizabeth Stevenson, 34, of 140 Eden Crest Drive, Cranston, for Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Dave’s Marketplace, 550 Pontiac Road. Stevenson was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, according to Cranston Police.

Around 6:30 p.m., Sept. 26, Cranston Police Officers arrested Deborah Harwood, 36, of 85 Briggs St., No. 702, Cranston, for two counts of Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Harwood was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.

Around 7:01 p.m., Sept. 26, Cranston Police Officers arrested Brandon Johnson, 24, of 22 Glen Road, Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Johnson was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
SHOPLIFTING
Around 8:26 p.m., Sept. 26, Cranston Police Officers arrested David Francisco, 45, of 133 Dunedin St., Cranston, for Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Stop and Shop, 204 Garfield Ave. Francisco was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the ACI as a bail violator, according to Cranston Police.
DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT
At 7:15 p.m., Sept. 25, Cranston Police Officers arrested Dax Polofsky, 48, of 4 Dwight St., Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a pickup at the aforementioned address. Polofsky was awaiting arraignment as a bail, probation or parole violator, according to Cranston Police.

Around 7:28 a.m., Sept. 24, Cranston Police Officers arrested Jonathan Acosta, 34, of 42 Sumner Ave., Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Acosta was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.
At the same time, Cranston Police Officers also arrested Zeidhel De La Rosa, 33, of 42 Sumner Ave., Cranston, for Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at the aforementioned address. De La Rosa was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.
INDECENT EXPOSURE
Around 10:29 a.m., Sept. 24, Cranston Police Officers arrested Richard Cazzarro, 62, of 1214 Cranston St., No. 224, Cranston, for Disorderly Conduct/Indecent Exposure. The arrest was the result of a call for service in front of the aforementioned address. Cazzarro was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.

The arrest was the result of a call for a motor vehicle stop in the area of Cranston St. and Garfield Ave., according to Cranston Police. Pineda was transferred over to Central Falls Police.
