On Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 10 a.m., Eileen Hadfield, Esq. and Sasha Cesen from New York Life will present “Protecting Your Assets from Nursing Homes” to understand long-term care costs.
On Wednesday, Feb. 6, Dr. Jordan De Haven will run a diabetes support group at 10 a.m., offering advice for diabetes sufferers.
CVS Caremark will sponsor a Shingles Clinic for vaccinations on Thursday, Feb. 21 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Shingles vaccinations are covered by a number of Medicare Part D prescription plans. Sign up now by calling 780-6000 and a CVS representative will call you in order to determine the cost to you.
Throughout the month, yoga will be offered Thursdays from 5 to 6 p.m. at a cost of $4 for members or $5 for non-members. Zumba fitness runs Tuesdays from 5 to 6 p.m., and there is also a cardio mix/total body toning class on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., both classes cost $5 for participants.
