Roger Williams Park Zoo’s daytime Halloween event Spooky Zoo is back on Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. offering festive outdoor autumn activities for the whole family.
Kids and adults alike will enjoy a packed schedule of seasonal activities including animal encounters, meet & greet with costumed characters, hands-on crafts, and free trick-or-treat bags provided by National Grid. Children can make their way around the zoo, collecting treats and goodies (while supplies last) donated by sponsors.
Both Saturday and Sunday’s activities will feature zoo-wide trick-or-treating (while supplies last), animal encounters, encounters with pirates and princesses, arts & crafts, animal-suited costumed characters and New England Revolution mascot and inflatable kicking game.
On Saturday only, visitors can get into the groove with a drumming circle and watch demonstrations by Controlled Chaos Robotics Team. Meanwhile, Sunday’s exclusive entertainment features live music from Steve Elci & Friends, as well as performances by Mary King Music.
Entrance to Spooky Zoo is free with zoo admission. All activities are weather permitting. For more information visit rwpzoo.org/events.
