a Positive Outlook on Aging
A six-week Holistic Education Workshop
Thursdays, May 14 to June 18,
from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

This series provides an opportunity to understand the physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual components of healthy aging. It combines simple stretching, breath work, reiki, reflexology and guided imagery.
Blood pressures will be taken before and after each session so you can keep track of your progress throughout the series. We ask that you commit to the six classes.
