Thank for this article! It is definitely a hot-button topic right now among consumers. It's nice to see someone like McKee taking a position on this. From a small business perspective, this is quite damaging. I would think that these guys would take a more serious and swift step in reversing this, especially since our manufacturing and new business have been going down the drain! We were slapped with $1845 extra in our Mar bill for switching - a true crime. Shame on UPC for passing such on outrage and underhanded ruling on the back of Rhode Islanders. We find this action so egregious, that we started a petition. Ken MacNaught, we feel your pain.
