Just a matter of time until "redundant" locations are "consolidated" for "your convenience" and Rite Aid (and some (Walgreens) employees are available for "new opportunities".
If this deal is such a winner, why didn't CVS pick up Rite Aid? Now CVS can portray Walgreens as the evil corporate entity when the consolidation takes place.
