If you would like to see copies of the checks that I have written to the city for APRA requests, why dont you become un anonymous, and I will be happy to supply you with copies of the checks.

Also, because you have continually made statements that indicate that you have no clue, I should enlighten you on this point. In accordance with RI law, any city official has the right under the law to request and receive any public document at no cost, on request. So again, you may want to educate yourself. I doubt that will happen.
