I’m saying the contract speaks for itself. There was no Side Deal. The city wanted to go to a monthly payout. (We have that info). There is no money to be paid back because it is what the city agreed to. THERE IS NO COMSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD. As far as Rob, he ordered all these documents (boxes of them) which take time and cost money. He had Merolla pick them up, claiming he was getting them for a constituent. That is illegal since Cote did not pay the city. Merolla and Cote are in this together. We have all the paperwork that was investigated in this matter. They still have not paid.
