Marie Elaine Dubois, 27 and Debbie A. Martin, 32 of 85 Briggs St. arrested for shoplifting. My mom used to live there when it was senior housing. Now its all section 8, placing the dregs of humanity in with any of our seniors that are left there. Its very sad.
The worst part is we working people are paying for this 27 and 32 year olds apartment. WTF.
