On April 5, Mayor Allan Fung officially welcomed BayCoast Bank to 85 Sockanosset Cross Road, the former location of Citizens Bank, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. It is BayCoast’s third Rhode Island branch and the first on the West Bay. The bank has 17 branches in Massachusetts. Pictured, from left, are Ann M.
