Balance, Strength & Flexibility

Tuesdays 10:30 a.m.

Fee:  $3.00

Strength and flexibility exercises will help you increase muscle strength, maintain bone density while improving balance and reducing joint pain.  Come try this class that meets weekly. You will not be sorry!

The Social Services staff is here to help you through the maze of programs and services that may be available to you.  We can assist you by completing applications such as SNAP, Medical Assistance, Low Income Subsidy for Medicare D, etc; providing information & referral to other resources; providing information on health insurance & Medicare Part D options and coordinating services and advocating on your behalf.

Also, are you overwhelmed with the amount of mail you receive?  Are you confused on what is important and what is junk mail?  We can help you to sort and review your mail and answer any questions.  This is a free and confidential service.  Call us at 780-6254 or 780-6200.  We are here for YOU!
