ORDINANCE NO. 2019-32 AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 10.32 OF TITLE 10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CRANSTON, 2005, ENTITLED “MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC” (Philmont at Fairweather Stop)

Approved: August 28, 2019

It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:

SECTION 1. Title 10.32.020 of the Code of the City of Cranston, entitled “Stop Intersections – Enumerated” is hereby amended by adding the following:

Philmont Avenue at its intersecton with Fairweather Avenue

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.

ORDINANCE NO. 2019-33 IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 10.32 OF TITLE 10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CRANSTON, 2005, ENTITLED “MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC” “STOPPING STANDING AND PARKING ON SPECIFIC STREETS” Stopping, Standing and Parking On Specific Streets”

(Dekalb St. easterly side to Winton St. No Parking)

It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:

SECTION 1. Title 10.32 of the Code of the City of Cranston, 2005 entitled ”Stopping, Standing and Parking On Specific Streets” is hereby amended as follows:

10.32.040: No Parking on Certain Streets – Generally

Dekalb Street, east side, from National Grid utility pole no. 1 northerly to Winton Street

SECTION 2. The fines for any violation of this ordnance shall be determined by Ordinance 10.04.030.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.
