Pastore’s seeds grow at Dialogue Garden

Posted

For the past six years, the Dialogue Garden, dedicated in memory of former Cranston City Council President Peter T. Pastore Jr., has been the place to gather around each Earth Day. Each year, friends and family of the Pastore family join together to clean up the garden, located on Oaklawn Avenue, in his memory. The late Pastore used to clean up the property each spring, as his former home was located next door. The clean-up includes picking up trash, debris and planting flowers. His widow, Dr. Louise DiChiara Pastore, coordinates the event each year.
