ASSAULT

On August 3 at 11:13 p.m., Officer Scotti arrested Heather Lee Hazard, 40, of 193 Legris Avenue Apt. C in West Warwick for assault on a person over 60 years old causing bodily injury, domestic assault on a person Over 60 years old with bodily injury, domestic disorderly conduct and domestic failure to relinquish the telephone. The arrest is a result of a call of service at 85 Briggs St. Apt. 806. She was then held awaiting arraignment.

At 6:23 p.m. on August 2, Detective Fuoroli arrested John P. McEvoy, 25, of 143 Beckwith Street in Cranston for simple assault on a police officer, obstructing an officer in execution of duty and resisting legal or illegal arrest as a result of a well-being check at 143 Beckwith Street. He was then held for arraignment.

POSSESSION

On August 2 at 2:46 p.m., Detective Sohn arrested Trisha Heeks, 31, of 71 Wells Street in Warwick for possession of a schedule I-V drug, obstructing an officer in execution of duty, a Third District Court bench warrant and an arrest warrant out of the Coventry Police Department. Her arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1668 Broad Street. She was held for arraignment.

SHOPLIFTING

Officer Brown arrested Lina M. Ferruolo, 60, of 43 Marigold Circle in North Providence on August 3 at 7:40 p.m.  for shoplifting as a result of a warrant pick up by North Providence Police. She was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.

On July 31 at 7:36 a.m. Officer Travers arrested Tasia Jordan, 26, of 5 School Street Apt # 2 in Johnston for shoplifting and conspiracy. Her arrest is the result of the suspect turning herself into headquarters. She was transported to the Third District Court.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

Dylan M. Hansen, 21, of 57 Crocus Street in Warwick, was arrested on August 2 at 12:33 a.m. by Officer O’Malley arrested for operating on a suspended license, third offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 40 Pendleton Street. He was issued a notice to appear.

TRESPASSING

Jessica Gianfrancesco, 30, of 126 Garden Street, second floor in Cranston, was arrested on July 31 at 12:08 p.m. by Officer Travers arrested for willful trespass. The arrest was the result of a suspicious person approach at 1011 Cranston Street. She was transported to the Third District Court.

WARRANT

On August 6 at 4:11 a.m., Officer Mastrati arrested Marcus Doyle, 23, of 192 Burdick Drive, for a Warrant out of Miami Dade Police Department in Florida. The warrant was confirmed and had full extradition powers. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Gansett Avenue and Doane Street. He was held awaiting arraignment.

*** Sgt. Jubinville arrested Shawn Hutley, 33, of 188 South Clarendon Street on August 4 at 2:20 a.m. for an outstanding warrant out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest is a result of a traffic stop Route 10 North at Route 95 Exit. He was later transported to the Providence Police Department.   ***

On August 3 at 11:22 p.m., Officer Maione arrested Ronny Lantigua Bautista, 26, of 183 Eastwood Avenue Apt. 1 in Providence for a warrant for domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest is a result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street at Carolina. He was held awaiting arraignment.

Officer Leclair arrested Cristian Diaz, 29, of 45 Grand Street in Worcester, Mass. August 1 at 2:20 a.m. on a Woonsocket Police Department arrest affidavit as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Park Ave near Route 10. He was turned over to Woonsocket Police Department.

WEAPONS

As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 748 Dyer Avenue on August 2 at 3:33 a.m., Officers Andrade and Rocchio arrested Devin J. Isom, 29, of 189 Ophelia Street in Providence for weapons other than firearms and obstructing an officer in execution of duty. He was then held for arraignment.
