Affidavit

On 10/13/23 at approximately 2324 hrs., Officers arrested Vanessa Piscitelli, 36, of 183 Hazelton St. Cranston RI, for an arrest affidavit from North Providence Police. The arrest was a result of a traffic stop at 1111 Cranston St. 

Assault

On 10/11/23 at 1117 hrs., Officers arrested Andrew Northup, 53, of 359 Wandsworth St. Narragansett, RI for Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of this subject being turned over to Cranston Police at 3rd District Court. 

On 10/11/23 at 1843 hrs., Officers arrested Christopher Henderson, 55, of 41 N Pearson Dr. Warwick, RI for Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of this subject turning himself in on an arrest and affidavit warrant issued by this department. 

On 10/13/23, at approximately 1259 hrs, Officers arrested Yesmin Gonzalez, 38, of 18 Pengrove St for a Domestic Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at 18 Pengrove St.

Domestic Violence

On 10/14/23, at approximately 2244 Hours, Officer(s) arrested Michael G. Arruda, (31), of 1023 Branch Avenue Apt. #2, Providnece, RI, for (1) count of Domestic Violence - Simple Assault and (1) count of Domestic Violence - Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a previously issued Arrest & Affidavit Warrant, and subsequent arrest by North Providence Police Department.

Drug Possession

On 10/10/23, at approximately 1914 Hours, Officers arrested Ashley Brogno, (32), of No Permanant Address, for (2) counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (under 10g) - 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a previously issued Arrest & Affidavit Warrant, and subsequent arrest by Coventry Police.

On 10/12/23 at 1130 hrs., Officers arrested Anthony Valenti, 32, of 35 Franklin Ave. 3rd Cranston, RI for Possession of Schedule I/II (fentanyl) under 10grams and Possession of Marijuana more than 2 ounces-2nd offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 921 Cranston St. (Cumberland Farms).

DUI

On 10/11/23 at 1936 hrs., Officers arrested Earl Fiske, 65, of 5675 Briarcliff Rd. Fort Meyers, Florida for DUI-.15 or greater-1st Offense (readings of .212 and .199). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident in the area of 2433 Scituate Ave. 

Larceny

On 10/10/23, at approximately 1914 Hours, Officers arrested Brian Raymond, Jr., (34), of No Permanant Address, for (1) count of Larceny u/$1500. The arrest was the result of a previously issued Arrest & Affidavit Warrant, and subsequent arrest by Coventry Police.

On 10/12/23 at 0852 hrs., Officers arrested Destiny Robertson, 41, of 25 Tobey St. # 503 Providence, RI for Larceny from a Person. The arrest was the result of this subject turning herself into this department on an arrest and affidavit warrant. 

Possession of Burglary Tools

On 10/14/23 at approximately 0027 hrs., Officers arrested David Castro, 42, of (no permanent address) Cranston RI, for Possession of Burglary Tools, Larceny (from auto), two counts of receiving stolen goods, Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, Disorderly Conduct, and for being a Fugitive From Justice due to an extraditable warrant out of Camden NJ for Violation of Probation for “Dangerous Drugs”. The arrest was a result of Officers discovering a suspicious person while patrolling the area of Cranston St at Birch St. 

Sexual Assault

On 10/12/23 at 1300 hours, Officers arrested Christopher Moore, 22, of 23 Pengrove St, Cranston, RI, for 2nd Degree Sexual Assault as the result of a sex assault call at 23 Pengrove St.

Vandalism

On 10/11/23 at 1356 hrs., Officers arrested Arinzon Espinal Abreu, 28, of 99 Ferncrest Ave. Cranston, RI for Domestic Vandalism and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of this subject being turned over to this department by South Kingstown Police.
