Praise Tabernacle church had a busy week, starting with the annual lighting of the lights on Nov. 15. Hundreds of visitors came to see dozens of lights fixtures surrounding the church in a dazzling display. Then on 11/19, the church opened its doors to the homeless of Cranston and Providence for its annual Feed the Homeless thanksgiving dinner, sponsored by Ed Brady. With the help of the volunteers at MAE, homeless folks from Crossroads and Kennedy Plaza shelters were treated to dinner and a free “department store” at which they could pick out warm clothes.
