On May 10 the city welcomed Pho Sai Gon & Bar, a Vietnamese restaurant at its location at 1106 Pontiac Ave. At the ribbon cutting, along with Mayor Allan Fung, were co-owner Tom Nguyen and his wife, Oanh Pham.
