On March 30, an official ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to welcome Ocean State Kidz Club at 350 Park Ave. – the site of the former Blockbuster Video – to the community. Ward 1 Councilwoman Lammis Vargas and Leanne Zarrella, director of constituent affairs for Mayor Allan Fung, were among the approximately 75 people in attendance.
