The Cranston Rotary Club sponsored its Spring Touch A Truck event near the Gazebo at Garden City Center over the weekend. Children were able to see and explore a variety of trucks and vehicles, including police, fire safety and construction vehicles. The Cranston Police K-9 Unit provided a demonstration, a children enjoyed face painting and balloon animals. Newport Creamery ice cream and Legal Sea Bar chowder was provided. The event was sponsored by Tasca, Lisa Pagano at Albert Realtors and Garden City Center.
