No. Taxes should be cut across the board, for the citizens and businesses. Tax credits will never be enough to keep a business here, tax cuts will. Why expand here only to pay more 5 or 10 years down the road? Get back to the basics of government. Protect the citizens and their property, provide infrastructure and schools.
